Bedwetting Programmes

Award Winning Therapist & Bedwetting Expert

Alicia Eaton is recognised as one of the world’s leading experts in solving bedwetting issues in children and teenagers. Her book and programmes are recommended by the NHS hospital clinics here in the UK and also by Spaarne Gasthuis hospital in Amsterdam.

Almost one million children in the UK are currently stuck with a miserable bedwetting habit and around five million in the US. Furthermore around 2% of these will continue into their teenage years when it becomes so much harder to stop. Research shows that without some kind of intervention, the majority are unlikely to stop bedwetting spontaneously and extra help is needed.

A bedwetting problem can influence many different aspects of a child’s life, causing discomfort in social situations such as sleepovers and school trips, ultimately affecting mental health. It can be difficult for parents to know where to start when tackling a bedwetting habit, but Alicia is here to help.

Using her extensive experience of over 20 years in this field, Alicia has developed two programmes to help children and young people beat bedwetting for good. ‘Stop Bedwetting in 7 Days’ is based on the best-selling ‘Stop Bedwetting in 7 Days’ book and is an ideal first training for children aged 5 - 12 years old. ‘My Dry Bed’ is designed for teenagers and young adults. It’s a longer programme offering emotional support as well as behavioural change exercises and advice about lifestyle.

Stop Bedwetting in 7 Days Programme

The ‘Stop Bedwetting in 7 Days’ Online Video Programme is designed to make the process of solving your child’s bedwetting as easy as possible. Your child watches one episode each day and these are no longer than 15 minutes with 10 episodes in all.

We all know that today’s kids need no extra encouragement to sit and watch videos on their screen and the concept of online learning is something they’re already familiar with. So this will be the easiest way for them to learn how to take control of their body.

My Dry Bed Programme

The ‘My Dry Bed’ Programme is suited to teenagers and young adults. This self-paced online course uses the latest behavioural change psychology to help stop bedwetting for good.

Teenagers who have struggled with a bedwetting problem for many years have additional emotional needs too and this programme gives information, support and guidance on three levels:

  • Lifestyle Changes

  • Emotional Support

  • Behavioural Change

With daily video episodes of around 10-15 minutes, it’s quick and easy to follow. This programme comes with other added extras, such as a Food Diary, a Toilet Guide and a Journal, so you’ll be in control of bedwetting in no time!
